cleaning strollers?
I need to scrub down a few of my strollers since they are now a few years old....anyone ever attempt this with the thicker fabrics (Peg Peregos)?
I don't want to just wipe them I'm hoping to be able to scrub them and hose them down
How do you all clean your strollers?

Re: cleaning strollers?
I have a Maclaren and I use a buggy snuggle as a liner, so I can just take that out and wash it in the washing machine, but I have taken the seat off, unsnapped everything and washed it down with a wet sponge. I put it outside to dry and snapped it back on.

I've done it but on a sunny day. I scrub it down (not too hard as I learned with my jogger where some of the fabric was damaged), hose it down and let it dry in the sun.

Thanks for the info ladies!
Liz - did you remove the fabric as well from the frame? I think this would be difficult on the peg strollers but I could just hose down the maclaren....the fabric is pretty thin and should dry easily outside.

I have a Peg P3 and have taken the fabric off washed it with Woolite on the gentle cycle and let it air dry. Came out looking brand new.
