Cleanse
So I feel gross inside and out. I think I want to do a cleanse before I kick off my massive diet approach.
Can you PLEASE recommend a cleanse that is easy to follow and no weird shiiit in it
You ladies are so knowledgeable and I know one of you has a good cleanse out there to offer up to this depressed, still have 10 lbs of baby weight, unhappy with herself, LIFer

Re: Cleanse
Blueprint is the only one I'd recommend. I did Jill Pettijohn and it was horrible. I've tasted Blueprint cleanses before (though I didn't do a full "cleanse") and I could actually get those down.

Re: Cleanse
I haven't done it, but my friend has recommended the Trader Joe's cleanse. It is just supplements that help detox your system, and you're supposed to eat cleanly while doing it - organic chicken, fish, fruits and veggies... No alcohol, sugar, red meat, simple carbs...I believe it is a 2 week cleanse. It sounded doable, and she was happy with how she felt after completing it.

Re: Cleanse
Lots of water fruit veggies and no junk food or beer or wine usually does it for me. I dont like spending $$ on something I can do at home. Limit meats and pasta's and fill up on greens and you will feel a lot better. Exercise too helps get things going...
good luck.
