cleanse recommendations
hi all... i was wondering if anyone had a cleanse that they would recommend. i'm not really looking for weight loss per se (though i wouldn't turn my nose up at it as a side effect!) but more just a general cleanse to get rid of anything that could be mucking up the works. work has been really stressful as of late and i think my body is reacting to that, feeling very sluggish and generally clogged (not necessarily in the TMI kinda way, but just an overall sensation).
and please no responses saying that i should just go gluten/dairy/whatever free... i know that it works for some people but it would not be my thing.

Blueprint!! But its so darn expensive though. They send your the juices and you can choose to do it as many days as you would like! Good luck!
