Clear Blue Fertility Monitor Question
It's my first cycle using it so it asked that I start testing on day 6...
Day 6 - low Day 7 - low Day 8 - high
Isn't day 8 early? Should I BD? or wait?
Thanks!!

Re: Clear Blue Fertility Monitor Question
from what I know, you could get MANY days of high before you hit Peak....and the first month its getting used to you and your cycle...

Re: Clear Blue Fertility Monitor Question
Donna is right, the first month using the CB monitor, you will typically get MANY MANY days of "2 bars" (i.e. a 'high fertility' reading) ... sometimes as many as 6 or 7... before you get the 3 bars aka "peak fertility" ...
The monitor takes about 2-3 cycles before it gets to 'know' you body and your cycles..
HOWEVER - personally I would suggest that especially during this first cycle using the monitor, you might want to start BDing during these "high fertilitiy" days .. maybe not every day but at least every other day.. then start BDing every day when you get the peak reading (usually 'peak' will last for 2 days.)
The reason I encourage you to do this is that the month I got PG, I NEVER got a "peak" reading at ALL... DH and I just happened to "BD" every other day during my high fertility days and yup, we wound up PG .. so you just NEVER know! (and hey you can have fun trying)
GOOD LUCK
