CLEARBLUE EASY DIGITAL OVULATION
I am soooooo PIZZED.... I finally found the kit, and I go to use it today and the screen is BLANK... it wont register to show me that its working.... I tried to call customer service but they are closed... anyone else have this happen???!!!

Yep... infact I'm thinking this is something that happens often cause the FAQ's in the literature mentions that if this happens to call customer service.

Sorry, that must be so frustrating! 
PIAC (if you can't hold it any longer) and go get another OPK! They will probably send you a coupon anyway for a new box.

Yes I had trouble this past cycle with mine - first time using it - kept getting error messages - called customer service on monday and they sent me a new box -had it by thursday. Its SO annoying.
Sorry this happened but definitely call in the AM

I had a defective test once and I emailed customer service. they sent me a coupon for a free test (up to 34 bucks)

I called customer service and they are sending me a new one.... should be here in 2-3 days... ugh...meanwhile I need to test NOW... I'm going to Target to see if they will exchange it...

so even when you put the test stick in to turn it on... its blank!!!!???

I had that happen, one of the tests came back with a book error, so I tried another test and that one came back blank. I called customer service and they offered to send either replacement tests or a refund, I just had to fax them the receipt. I opted for the refund and decided to use the line tests.

if they don't exchange it, i would buy another one. if you get a new one in the mail in a few days, don't open it unless you need it. you could always sell on ebay or something if you don't wind up using it.
