For me it did.

ETA: It took me a longer time than most to develop a mature follicle (40-60 days) on clomid so I was often taking it more than once a cycle with the dosage going up each time.

I just finished my 2nd, 5-day round of Clomid on Wed. For me, it doesn't cause actual weight gain but I do feel a little bloated. What does drive me nuts is the chin/mouth acne! I haven't had an issue with breakouts in over 10 years (I'm 36) and now I feel like a teenager. Grrrrr.
