Closing date question
Who determines your closing date?
How soon after the mortgage is approved, you obtain homeowners insurance and the title comes back clean can you close?

once all those are done then you are just waiting for the attorneys to basically agree on a date and time that is convenient for everyone.

Emily pretty much summed it up.
Our closing date was changed two times and the date that the lawyers picked was the ONLY day that I couldnt make it as well as the one of the owners. We were all really PO'ed about it.
