Closing Dates-Question
To make a LONG story short, my FIL's are nuts (lol). They wanted to move upstate, went back n forth, signed contracts(both to sell their house to someone and to buy one upstate).
Then they decide they do NOT want to move upstate. They tried to tell the ppl who are buyin their house they do not want to go...the closng date is may 30th-is it all possible to change it-?
they are tryin to change it till after our wedding (august)....

They can probably get out of it. There is a chance they could get sued but to avoid it they shouel profusely apologize, offer to reimburse them for their costs-inspection, etc,
