We just had our closing on 5/30..I was nervous on the way there and asked FH if we needed to know anything like they were going to test us LOL He said no your just going to sign a bunch of paperwork that you don't understand...and that is exactly what we did !! We did the walk thru the day before where we made a list of things that we wanted fixed. This was the only thing we have to go over with the seller because they had to agree to it and sign off on getting those items done in 30 days.
