closing this week, i hope

remember my story? my parents are buying a house down the block from them that is in foreclosure for cheap-ish (is anything really "cheap"?) for us to buy from them when i sell my house?

well, they are going to closing this week!

we are so looking forward to getting in there and start ripping things apart! the yard is a mess! I love yard work, so i am really excited.

anyway, we haven't sold our house yet, nor are we in contract, nor have we had any reasonable offers. we pray to st. joseph everyday and haven't had any help from him, yet.

please keep your fingers crossed for us! if we don't sell soon, my parents are going to have to turn around and sell the potential property!

this is what the house looked like in 2001. it declined a whole lot since then.
