Clothesline for Baby Shower
Is there a poem that goes with this when you present it to the mommy-to-be?

There was no poem with the clothes line I got at my shower. I love the Clothes line as a gift!

Me too - I think it's so cute! How did they present it to you? I've only seen them before in pics so it's all new to me.

Re: Clothesline for Baby Shower
I have done a few clotheslines for my family in the past - and I don't believe that there is a poem that goes along with it. I think you just take it out of the hatbox (or whatever you put it in)

Re: Clothesline for Baby Shower
My friend got one at her shower when she was pregnant with her son and they just wrapped up a laundry basket. When she ripped off the packaging, they just unraveled the clothes and hung them up behind her.

This is what I have done for family & friends! It's always a big hit!
I put all the clothes on the clothes line with clothes pins. I put it in a laundry basket. Then I stategiacally place it so the ends of the line hang over & 2 people pick up each end & string it open...and Ta Da!!! I usually wrap it in tulle so you can see that basket & decorate it with little rattles & stuff!

Re: Clothesline for Baby Shower
My sister and I did a clothesline for my SIL last month and we didn't do a poem-just took the clothesline out and held it up for everyone to see!
