Clothing size- 1 year old boy
Does anyone have a 1 year old DS and can share what size clothes your DS wears? Or remember what your DS wore at a year? I have a DS but for the life of me can't remember what size he was wearing at a year. I bought clothes for my cousin's DS 1st birthday and I bought size 18 months (Carter's), he seems to be of average weight/height. My DD is 8 months and wearing size 12 months clothes right now so I wasn't sure if 18 months may be too small. Thoughts?

Clothing size- 1 year old boy
My DS is just shy of 1 years old and wears 12 months for the most part. Some 12-18 months as well. He is in 50th % for height and weight. I feel like he is outgrowing it quickly though.

Clothing size- 1 year old boy
DS was wearing 12-18 month clothes at 1 year. Now at 16 months he's pushing the 24 month clothes. We are just shy of 2t's though they might be slightly long on him.

Mine was wearing 12-18 months, but it really varies so much even for "average" sized children. DS is now 2.5 and he's in the 50th percentile for height, however his legs are short so he's wearing 18 month pants and 2T shirts. I usually just get the closest size to their age if it's in season and make sure to include a gift receipt

Mostly 12 month clothing at 1 year. A few things were 18 months.

I think it also depends on the brand. Some run so different than others. For the brands I like we did 12-18 months last summer when DS was 1. He's now 20 months and still in 18-24 months and hes 85th percentile for both height and weight.

My son was and is still one size larger than his age. So at 12 months he wore 18 months. Dd wears clothing differently. She has gone two years in one size and then grew threw two sizes in four months.

My older ds would have worn 12-18 month old clothes at a year old, he was a pretty average build.
My younger ds is 10 months old now & can hardly fit into his 18 month clothes anymore so by a year old he will be wearing 18-24 month clothes. He's a bigger kid.

Same! My son will be 1 on April 6 and he's in 12m for the most part but does fit into some 12-18m

My ds is 1 tomorrow and he can still fit in 9 month, but he wears almost all 12 months. The waists are all very big on him and the lengths are perfect.
