CM Question

I know this is TMI, but can anyone explain the stages of CM ... from Dry to Sticky to EW to Thick ...
Basically at what stage in your cycle does each normally occur?

A typical cervical fluid pattern:

Dry or sticky after Af

Creamier (like lotion) as ovulation approaches

Slippery and stretchy like eggwhite during your most fertile days before ovulation

Dries up quickly after ovulation.

Then can turn creamy during the 2ww

Is there any specific CM sign that you actually ovulate?
And if CM turns creamy in the 2WW, is that a sign that you could be pregnant?

I have TCOYF at home, but I haven't read it yet, I'm sure this is probably in there.

You can't know for sure if you ovulate or ovulated by cm.

Many women have creamy cm in their 2ww, that doesn't necessarily mean pregnancy. Unless it's something you don't ordinarily experience, then,...it could make you think "maybe" :)
