CM question someone/ anyone???
how are u suppose to use the CM method when u BD?? bc then it mixes up the fluids. I notice that when i BD i get dry a day later...

Do you mean cervical mucous? When you notice you have CM you should BD because you could be approaching ovulation and sperm can survive long in fertile CM. Usually your CM dries up a day after you ovulate. HTH

I find that I don't always feel my CM at all time through the day. I ALWAYS feel it when I go #2 But usually not anytime else. Also if you check your cervix you may see it on your fingers after. I have read after sex-a few hrs after you are supposed to do Kegels to force out leftover semen so it does not interfere with CM
