eh, I don't think he's unqualified... he IS a neurosurgeon, he has a lot of PR experience with CNN, and he has political experience as an consultant to the clinton admin.... It did still surprise me though......
I think he'll do a good job. He's great at bring medicine down to the level that everyone understands....
