Co-op application tips?
Any thing that I should make sure I do? We have our application filled out, notarized, copied and copies of everything except letters of reference and the bank stuff.
But before I get rejected because it wasn't submitted properly  , anthing to make sure I do or don't do?

Just follow the instructions you are given and you should be fine.

make sure you follow the instructions and have everything they are asking for.
I was very careful about that and the co-op board was grateful that we had everything when they asked for it. Apparently, not a lot of people do, and it gets annoying.
It will help you to get approved by them, so it's worth it

When you go for the interview, dress nicely and if you are a smoker DON'T SMOKE before you go in!!
I had a buyer for my apt. who reeked of smoke, and they rejected her -- all paperwork in order, but they are afraid smokers will burn the building down or something....!
