Co-op for sale - Nassau County
Hello All-
Usually i'm on the pregnancy board, but I was hoping posting here would help. DH and I just put this on the market Friday and we are trying to sell it on our own. It is a great apartment, great location - only reason we aren't staying is family is expanding and we are moving closer to his parents so they can help us out.
The co-op is located in Cathedral Gardens off Hempstead Turnpike. Minutes from Garden City LIRR, southern state, close to shopping, dining etc. Spacious one bedroom, new EIK, updated bathroom, large living room and foyer combo. Well maintained complex and grounds. Heated garage. Laundry on premises. We are listing it at $175,000 for a quick sale.
