Coach tanger outlet
Does anyone know if since they expanded the store...are they still considered an outlet or outlet/retail?
Reason I am asking is that I have a gift cert. that says retail stores only and with that breast cancer book that the poster just posted I can get a small discount out there and use my gift cert .
