Re: cocktail meatballs in the crockpot?
are you talking about the one that is equal parts grape jelly and chili sauce?
If yes, well I guess that is the receipe and add the meatballs. I add the jelly and chili sauce to the crockpot and stir together. Then add the meatballs and cook for 4 hours

Re: cocktail meatballs in the crockpot?
i use 1.5 containers of the 35 oz jar of jelly, two jars of chili sauce (i don't remember the container size, but it is the same size as a regular jar of coctail sauce) they usually are all stacked next to each other and they are all around the same size...I also throw in a small can of the pineapple chunks in their own juice....yummy!

Re: cocktail meatballs in the crockpot?
if you want to try a different one....One large bottle of catelina dressing, a jar of orange marmelade, a tablespoon of hot pepper flakes (or to taste) and a few dashes of worchester sauce...think he cooked it for 4-5 hours (meatballs were already cooked). I was very hesitant but they were YUMMY and I dont even want to tell you how many I ate

I've done the grape jelly/chili sauce one in the crockpot and it's so good! I don't remember the measurements but if you google it, you will find many different variations and recipes - that's how I found it.

Re: cocktail meatballs in the crockpot?
I have used jellied cranberry sauce and a large can of plain tomato sauce. Word of caution, make sure the frozen meatballs are not seasoned, they will not taste right. Use unseasoned meatballs- just the meat, egg, some plain bread crumbs.
