I would do finger foods. Easy to eat.
As for a theme...I would do a martini bar. Set up a few drink stations with all the fixings and a recipe. You or your guests can try different martinis like a Girly Drink, Pina Colada, Apple, Cosmo, etc.

I would do:
Mini french onion tarts
Pizza Puffs
White Pizza Dip
Spicy Chicken Spring Rolls
Marinated chicken/steak skewers
Bruschetta
Beggars Purses
Pigs in Blanket using fresh puff pastry and sausage
These are off the top of my head...
Is there a theme?
