coconut oil capsules
I've read that they are safe during pregnancy (I'll double check at my next appointment) Has anyone taken them and seen any benefits from it?

coconut oil capsules
I only took them when pumping for DD1 to fatten up breast milk.
What are the other benefits? I have a whole bottle and then some at home.
