I have atleast 1 cup of coffee a day.. but the one cup is the XL coffee from dunkin donuts- 24 oz.....
If I don't drink a lot of water afterwards, I get the serious shakes

Approx 2 cups-- it's in my 16 oz travel mug every morning. I have tea later in the afternoon too.

3 cupsa before work.. depending on how tired i am at work any where from 2 to 4 cups and at night maybe 0ne or 2 yeah i know alot but i can't help it

I actually gave up caffiene last month. So far I dont miss it. I still have coffee, and I drink 2 cups in the morning, but its decaf.
I was drinking a 24 ounce regular in the morning and a 20 ounce in the afternoon before I stopped caffiene

I'm preggo so I voted 'decaf'
earlier, I would have 1 travel mug of 1/2 caf coffee everyday. years ago (undergrad days), I was very bad and drank 120 oz of full caf a day  I stopped cold turkey (can you say HEADACHE??!) and have never gone back to my former ways.....

I get through one cup when I first get to work as I go through my email. Then I pour myself a second cup and get to maybe half of it.

I drink tea.
Sometimes, if I am really tired, I get a latte in the late morning.
I used to drink about 3 espressos a day when I worked at a restaurant.
