coffee..
I am having such trouble giving up my morning coffee from DD with half-half. I usually get a medium and love it!
I am sure this is a lot of points.. does anyone have any suggestions on how I cut out the half-half. I ahve no idea how much they put in especially since I am on the run. How can I count points/make the points value lower.. don't even know if this is possible.
TIA! :

Re: coffee..
Try the fat free half and half. I use coffee mate creamer, I know its not good for you either, but it has alot less fat/calories than cream and still gives my coffee a rich taste.
If you really cant give up the cream try switching to a small coffee instead of medium.

Re: coffee..
For years I only used half & half....that was up until 4-5 years ago...I LOVE Fat Free Half & Half. It's a MUCH better alternative.
At first you can tell the difference, but your taste will change. Then, when you do try it with the FULL fat Half & Half...OMG...it tastes like just cream

Re: coffee..
I love my coffee in the morning.
I would say about 4 months ago I made the decision to change my order at DD from large coffee with half & half & sugar to large coffee with whole milk and 2 splenda.
Honestly, it didn't too long for me to get used to it and I still look forward to this every morning.
Eventually I will do skim milk, but I am not in a rush. Why? Because my large cup of coffee with milk and splenda. which is 20 oz is 70 calories.
Here is the link from DD:

I am sure the splenda isn't the best thing for me, but it is 0 calories.
