Coffee Ice Cream
Does it hae caffine? I bought it but now I am thinking I can't have it. And that would make me

Not sure. But I usually drink a cup of coffee or tea a day since the second trimester. Sometimes more.......

Yes it does - there is a site somewhere that lists how much caffeine is in everything and it tells you how much is in coffee ice cream - I'm sorry I don't remember the amount.
I avoid caffeine but I do occasionally have some coffee ice cream - I think it would be okay in moderation if you want it.
Cutting caffeine completely is a bit hard - even chocolate has some caffeine in it
