Cold Cuts - how many pounds of each to feed approx. 30-35 people
I'm having a party for approx. 35 people and would like to do a cold cut platter of
cold cuts:
Turkey
Ham
Roast Beef
cheese:
Provolone
American
How many pounds of each should I purchase? There will be other food at the party if this helps.

I agree on at least 3lbs of each meat, but for the cheeses, I think you'd only need no more than a pound of each!
