Cold sweats
Good morning ladies! I hope everyone had a happy holiday! I was just wondering... Did anyone else have cold sweats in the middle of the night in their first tri? Last night was day 2 of it and I'm curious to know if it's a normal pg symptom or if I am just getting sick TIA!

Re: Cold sweats
I had night sweats for both pregnancies. I assumed it was just my hormones trying to re-regulate themselves.

Re: Cold sweats
Thanks for the info... of ocurse after I posted this I did a google seach and one of the first things that came up was that it's a sign of an ectopic pregnancy! I have to stop reading so much! http://www.healthtouch.com/bin/EContent_HT/cnoteShowLfts.asp?fname=00202&title=ECTOPIC+PREGNANCY+&cid=HTHLTH
But I just read on parenting magazine as well as your post that it sounds pretty common! Nothing to phone the dr. about, right? Going to him in 2 weeks... Thanks again!

Thanks!
Honestly, none of us are doctors on this board (at least that I know of...). Please always trust your gut feeling. Everyone's pregnancies are different. I would tell you that I think you can wait to mention it to him on your next appointment unless you're waking up in some kind of pain.

Re: Cold sweats
Thanks for the info :) Well I went for a sono, but I was very early so I'm sure if it was ectopic, they would have been able to tell then. We saw the sac so it can't be (of course I'm realizing this after I wrote earlier!) I guess I'll just bring it up at my appt in 2 weeks unless I notice something between now and then. Thanks again!
