Airborne is GREAT! but only if you drink it at the 1st sign of a cold when you get that tickle in your throat.

i'm a speech therapist at a school and my hands are always near the kids mouths... i swear by airborne! i take one every morning before work- even when i don't feel a cold comnig on... and last winter, i didn't get sick at all

coldeez has Zinc! Worked for me. But, never had Airbourne

I use Airborne, but find that plain old Vitamin C chewables work great too.
We got vitamin C from GNC a few weeks ago and I took 5 the other day b/c I felt a cold/sore throat coming on. The next day it was gone!

I use Airborne and have reduced te number of colds I get.
The sinus infections are another story, though..

Airborne! I am actually home because I felt sick when I woke up and I took it immediately and went to bed, I just took one more and am feeling a little better. It has definitley helped in the past.

actually this is neither choice, but zicam works great to make a cold less severe and not last for as long.

My mom takes both, but she swears that Airbourne is the best thing ever. I haven't personally tried it.

I was also going to suggest Zicam it works like a charm and even if you have a full blown cold it knocks it down to about a day or two.
