Cole slaw for the cole slaw haters

ok i hate cole slaw. i dont like the white cabbage or the creamy sauce.

i made tihs one last night and it was crisp and EASY

mike said it was his favorite


For the coleslaw
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tbsp mayonnaise
½ red cabbage, finely chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 Spanish onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)

mix ingredients together and serve immediately

this sounds yummy!! Im not a big fan of coleslaw but Im going to try this!!
