Come on in!!!
I decided to change this thread
It has helped me to post about dieting everyday so come on in and post if it helps you too
I am doing good so far (its been a day and a half)
I am trying to drop like 30lbs
so far I ate breakfast and a snack
I hate being on a DIET!!!!!

today was good for me also ....I ate all healthy low calorie food
I havent started exercising yet but maybe next week I will start that!

Just got back from Curves. So far I have lost 11 pounds, 9 oz. The scale has not moved in a few days. I know I should not weigh myself every day but it is so hard not to.
Not as hungry as I was yesterday.

Day#4 so far I am doing good....not really hungry and I had a Lean Cuisine Panini for the first time and all I can say is YUMMY

Just got back from the Broadway mall, I was with my friends son, who is 4 yrs old, I got some workout!!! Not to hungry today, so far doing good, and the scale finally moved!!!! HURRAY!
