Coming Home Outfit: Question (w/pic)

So since I think I am having a Chat Icon I have been going nuts looking at all of this cute girly stuff. I saw this on Nordstrom.com and it is advertised as a "Take Me Home" outfit, however, the smallest size is 3 months...

Am I missing something? Won't that be too big for a brand new newborn baby?

I think it def will be too big. I had a 0-3 month and it was too big.

He was so tiny I needed preemie clothes for him.

Same here. Granted he was a few weeks early, but even the preemie stuff was loose.

I looked at the same exact outfit yesterday and had the same concern. I think it will be too big.

Re: Coming Home Outfit: Question (w/pic)

Does it give the weight range for that size? Could be like Carters sizing so 3 months really means 0-3 months?

Even a 0-3 mo was too big for DD too, but she still wore it.

Yes! So cute! As soon as I saw it I thought "that's it!". Then I was so bummed when the smallest that had was 3mths. I think it is 0-3, but unless the baby is really really big... I don't think it will work. Especially because so far it's looking like I will have to deliver early because of previa :(

Yeah with my dd my sono tech told me dd was going to be big, so i bought her 0-3m outfit and it was swimming on her.. I had to roll up her sleeves.. she look lost in the thing.

Re: Coming Home Outfit: Question (w/pic)

wayyy too big! my son was 7 pounds and the newborn was ridiculously big on him.

he is over 10 pounds now and 0-3 is wayyy too big for him at this point! unless you're having a 10+ pound baby, stick with newborn

lol, my DS was 10lbs1oz and 22 3/4 inches long...he came home in 0-3 that was TIGHT on him, was in 3-6 a week later...and NEVER wore newbron diapers, we in a tight size 1 when he left the hospital lol

this is just an exception though,
i think "regular" sized babies, this would be too big for..

I have to agree that 3 months means 0-3 months.

You can just roll the sleeves or pants (the sleeves being long is good, you can cover her/his fingers so they don't cut themselves)
