Commack/East Northport girls.....
I need a yoga studio in the area b/c I need to get a gift certificate for my FIL.

I am not sure of the name of it but, there is a Yoga Studio on Vernon Valley (corner of Bellrose and Vernon Valley). I have never been inside, but,l from outside looks really nice. I think they have been there for over a year now.
ETA: This is East Northport...I am pretty sure its a yoga studio.

Inner spirit Yoga is the one on Vernon Valley - too much estrogen in there for him.
Barb - yes, its for my FIL. He has leukemia and does the restorative for stress relief. He loves yoga and has never actually been to a class so I think it would be good for him and he'd really like it.
I just don't know where to send him!!!!!

Would he travel to Wodbury?
I know some men that go to Absolute Yoga.
What about the other studio on Larkfield- a little more south than Inner Spirit, more towards the Post office but on the opposite side?
(think it's just called the Yoga Studio?)

They are currently running a special... 10 classes for about $100. I saw the sign the other day when I drove by.
