Commuting options for ShellyEsq?
Just in case you were thinking about it - I recall a case in CA where a woman was fined for riding in the HOV lane - she claimed since her baby was considered viable - it should count.
I'm wondering with the way this administration is going if you can claim one for your 4 person car limit

Actually... I believe all children in the car count towards the HOV4.
It can be you and a 5, 3, and a 1 year old and you get in from my knowledge.
Go on the city's website to verify.

Children who have been born count, but I don't think those still in vitro do, so I guess Shelly's out of luck.

Re: Commuting options for ShellyEsq?
well,my baby still is inside of me - so I don't know if they will count her as a person for the HOV lane
Actually, it hasn't been so bad. I just take the train and walk 10 blocks to Times Square. Today I left early (around 4:15) and just cued for about 10 minutes and got on my train and home before I usually get home- so its not so bad. I am pretty lucky though. If I worked any further it would really be a PITA.

omg...please don't get mad at me, but your faux pas made me LOL. it's in utero, not in vitro.
