Company Raves - Fisher Price & Playtex!

Playtex - many of my earlier bottles had the numbers come off (i only hand wash - we don't have a dishwasher). I FINALLY called them today and they are sending me a pre-paid envelope to send them my 6 bottles that have no more numbers. They are also sending me 6 coupons for new bottles to replace them. They were just so nice to speak with and very accommodating!

Fisher Price - i picked up a fisher price laugh & learn home from a WONDERFUL woman on the buy/sell/swap thread and it was missing a piece - so she sent me the link for Mattell's website to replace it. I ordered the part/parts and received it yesterday and included in the package was a new toy/action figure (and a poster of all the new 'characters'). I get that it is just marketing - but it was very nice to not only get my pieces - but an additional toy. Yeah - Emma can't play with it for like 3 years - so I gave it to the son of my sitter...but it was still really nice!

glad you called playtex...I did the same...but they didn't make me send them back....I was able to make out one of the numbers thought, so maybe that's why???

I love when companies do stuff like this b/c now you are a buyer of their stuff for life....

I love Playtex's customer service! When DS's nipples went funky after a few uses I called to find out how to get the smell out of them. They sent me two $7.99 vouchers good towards any Playtex products of my choice.
