Complete Home Renovation
Has anyone done it? His parents gave us their house....it's never been upkept or cared for...it's your typical cape.
We basically need to have a mother daughter house made for us....
The house is just a wreck....it needs EVERYTHING...siding, windows, kitchen, bath, sheetrock, plumbing, electric....the house is just a mess.
Plus..to boot....we need to do a full dormer (over the garage too).
Anyone have any idea how much $ we are in for?

Yeah...that's sorta what we thought
I guesstimated $100,000 justto renovate & get it up to par.
I figure another $100,000 for the full dormer plus bathroom upstairs.
Ugh...so stressful! I should have never taken this on
