Re: Concrete/Patio Recs??
we did concrete around our pool - with just a brick/paver around the side of the pool and around the outside (it was mostly concrete) i don't recomend you do mostly concrete. it cracked the first winter - we spent about 9k, it would have been about 14k for all pavers. i really liked the look of pavers with the concrete but was really ****** off when it cracked.
but the pavers seem to get really hot... too hot to sit on. we were always pouring pool water on them when we would hang our feet over the pool.
sorry, i'm not really any help to you. not sure what to recomend to you.
i always see the stamped concrete on tv but i don't know how well that holds up

Re: Concrete/Patio Recs??
i used ponsolle brothers, not sure of their number but they are based out of miller place. we used them for our front flower beds/retaining wall 2 years ago, and then had them do a paver patio and walkway last year. they were recommended to us by a neighbor. eta - i didn't realize you wrote concrete patio, i'm not sure if they do that but it wouldn't hurt to ask!
