consignment stores in LI?
i went to one upstate, and loved it.....got a bunch of stuff for hannah (books, some clothes....etc etc)....was wondering if there was anything down here...?

Once Upon a child on 107 in hicksville/mass/seaford (not sure what that is considered) and there is one in I think, Lindenhurst or Amityville, but I don't know the name

I have heard of them but how do they work? Do people donate stuff to them like the Salvation Army or do they "buy" your used items?
