constant congestion...
anyone have thi all day and night long? or am i sick. it started last week.

I cough a lot! When I go to lay down I have to sit right back up again.
Ive had it for a while!

The pregnancy hormones do it. I have bad sinuses to begin with. I was working with my ENT doctor and getting things under control. Then I got pregnant and he said the hormones will kill you! The only thing he said I could do was a homemade saline spray and that seemed to help. Let me find it and I'll post it.

I was up at 4 am on Thursday b/c I was so congested I couldn't sleep! I have been congested all week too - someone wrote a post about allergies this week, so I'm hoping its that. My Dr. said I could take Sudafed or Benadryl...took the Benadryl last night and feel a lot better!

I've been congested almost from the moment I got my BFP. I know the pregnancy is a factor, but I also had to stop taking my allergy meds.

I have had it for a few weeks now. I was told it is very common in pregnancy.
In fact, it was one of the clues that my boss picked up on that they figured out I was pg. I had no idea it had to do with anything, I though I had a cold, but two weeks later it is still around a bit. I guess they were right!
