constant swollen breats for the last 2 months with no relief
they feel so sore, huge and tender and no relief.. even getting my period does not help :(
ladies 40 and up is this happening to you too.
OB-GYN told me today nothing can be done, my estrogen and hormones are all over the place. I should cut back on caffeine... I dont drink this

NOT as bad as you but mine have been more swollen and tender lately. Hormones. If you look up peri menopause it’s part of it. Unfortunately.
Low salt, no caffeine and drink a lot of water. That’s all you can try.

I feel like I'm constantly getting my period, Im bloated, eating more crap than ever and gaining wt. I dont fit into any cloth and I dont want to buy. When I get a job, I'll have to go naked lol

this is not happening to me (yet!!) but if your hormones are contributing maybe an endocrinologist could be of help? just a thought!

the endo never help. Always tells me it has nothing to with her area. Im seeing her tomorrow, Im sure she'll say the same thing
