constantly starving
what are you eating that keeps you (somewhat) satisfied til your next meal?
I'm trying to eat a bunch of smaller meals, and also trying real hard not to snack on junk (chips, chocolate, donuts) but I am constantly hungry. I ate lunch and 10 minutes later I'm hungry again.

I wish I had an answer, I'm always hungry right now too and if I don't eat I feel very sick. Carbs are my go-to right now. Pasta, cheese sandwiches, rice, California rolls. Sometimes pizza.

I've been eating a lot of carbs. It's prob not good but my stomach can handle it without getting upset plus it's filling

what do you have for breakfast? pregnant or not, i definitely need a hearty breakfast with protein every day to not feel like i need snacks all day. it's an important meal because it sets the tone for the rest of the day, at least in my experience. when i was pregnant, i pretty much needed two breakfasts but then ate normally the rest of the day. i would usually have 2 eggs with avocado toast and maybe an hour later oatmeal. not pregnant i would usually only have one or the other of those things.

Definitely a lot of protein but also drink water. A lot of times when you feel hungry, its that you're actually thirsty.

Nuts- I always had everything from peanuts to pistachios stashed at my desk to munch on. They filled me up and were good for extra protein and iron.
