constipated possible tmi
Ugh... I just had my first experience with the dreaded C word!!!I dont get it! I eat tons of fiber, veggies, and fruit... why would I be getting this and so bad? Any suggestions for relief? It was so painful!

ARe you drinking lots of water? If you take fiber and not drink water, then the fiber just gets hard.
