Continental Home Loans (Melville) **RAVE**
A few posts ago, I was looking for advice on who to go to for a mortgage as a first time home buyer.
I was referred by TEAMBURNS about Joe Castagna of Continental Home Loans in Melville and am very pleased about my choice.
They did the most FHA loans last year, and while I am doing a VA loan, I just wanted to rave about Joe Castagna and the loan place in general.
He was very patient and helpful and I feel really confident.
Today was my first day of taking the first step - pre-approval, and it was a great experience!

wait till you see how nice and helpful they are!! its awesome...and we closed very fast, it was painless!

I used Bruce from CHL and my loan commitment came in fast. I did not like the girl that works for him (she was nice but clueless).

I used Tony Auffant from there and he was phenomenal. totally has his "stuff" together. really happy with him and would definitely use them again if ever the need arose!

ITA! We had a little bit of a "complicated case" and I felt she was clueless too. However, we loved working with Bruce and everything was so simple, quick and easy.
