Contractor for extension - need recommendations!
So we are taking our house off the market and going to renovate instead to make it our forvever home!
I am so excited but very nervous about the planning, construction, cost etc. We have a 3 year old and I am due in October, so we need to get moving.
Here's the deal - I love my house. After moving almost a dozen times growing up, this is not just a house to me - it is the home I've always wanted. With that being said, I want the RIGHT person for the job! The house was built in 1863 and it just has that old, classic feel, which means the contractor needs to know the ins & outs of an older home. I don't won't to lose the charm and I am afraid that the wrong contractor will go the modern route which I don't want.
With that being said, if anyone can recommend a fantastic contractore, please let me know!!
