Contracts......
ARE SIGNED!!!
I am so excited. After a 2 week wait, the contracts are finally officially signed on both ends.
What a headache though!
The owners wanted a commitment letter before they would sign the contracts since they had problems with a previous buyer.
But now, it is all said and done...the house is ALMOST ours!!!!!!!
