Convertible Car Seat Question?

I was wondering...is the convertible seat the next to get after the infant seat? Do only certain ones fit in certain car models? I looked breifly @ BRU And didn't have time to speak to someone, I have a Mits. Galant and they don't even look like they would fit (some of them) thanks all !

I heard great things about Britax Roundabout and Marathon seats.

We went with a Britax Marathon after the infant seat and are happy with it

I love this seat. It fits in my Honda Accord and my Mitsbishi Montero

Re: Convertible Car Seat Question?

ok, my car is probably similar to the accord, size wise. This is probably the seat I will look at first.

Re: Convertible Car Seat Question?

We have the Britax Boulevard (2 of them, actually) in our PT Cruiser, and they fit fine. The PT is definitely not a big car. DD just moved to the Boulevard, rear-facing last week, from her infant carrier. She qualifies to sit front-facing, and her feet touch the back of the seat, but she doesn't mind, and it's safer, so we'll keep her that way for a few more months at least.
