After the baby grows out of the infant carrier, what convertible car seat are you using?

Britax car seats came highly recommended in the book Baby Bargains.
We registered for two (one for my car and one for DH car) : the Britax Advocate and the Britax Marathon

britax rocks! i love ours so much more than the evenflo we have in my mother's car (though it isn't bad for the occasional use it gets). just figure out where the front seat would have to be when the seat is rear facing. our marathon made it almost impossible for someone to sit in the passanger seat of my passat, but it does fine in our minivan now.

We got the Britax Marathon for DD and absolutely love it! It's a little pricey ($200+) but well worth it, IMO.

I love the evenflo triumph advance lx. We have this one for my 2 year old and will definitely be getting more of these for the twins.

Britax Marathon and the new Safety 1st air protect. They are actually a lot cheaper now since they are not so new anymore but have great reviews and safety ratings. I saw them for 180 at babies r us and you can use a 20% off coupon. Hope this helps!

I registered for this after so many people recommended it to me. It is suppose to be easy to adjust the belts and got a great safety rating.

I registered for the Graco Nautilus 3-in-1 Car Seat. I haven't used it yet but I've read great reviews on it and it looks safe in person.

I actually registered for it too but then I realized its not rear facing (which is a must). So it is a great seat but maybe for like a 3-4 year old.
So I took it off my registry and registered for the First Years convertible carseat.

I have a Britax - I *think* it's the marathon but it may be the boulevard. I don't remember anymore. It's great!
