Re: Convertible Carseat
The britax seem to be really pricey yet the more popular choice. Are they worth it though? Anyone do any research in this area?

Re: Convertible Carseat
From what I've seen and read they have excellent ratings from consumer reports.
Edited to add- we got this one b/c we were told the head rests on the other model don't come out- which is good for a smaller child but annoying for an older child who wants to look around. Since we also have registered for the Graco snug ride with snap & go, we decided to go with this.

Re: Convertible Carseat
yeah they are pricey, I know Baby Bargains recomends the Britax and carseat.org or whatever that website is loves it.
Its a lot, but i figure the way my DH drives, its a worthy investment. (and the way other people drive too!)

Yea I definitely agree. I just didn't know if there were any other brands out there that got good reviews but less $$$.

YOu can also take the striped thing out and wash it, which is a plus.

Re: Convertible Carseat
we are going with the Triumph. I am also looking for a slightly used Britax to have in the other car. (I found a few on craigs list for 100.00, barely used.)

I didn't register for the convertible, but I was looking at the same one.
