Cooking for big groups-vacation house

We have a group of about 15 going to the Outer Banks this summer for a week. We are going to start planning the shopping, meals for the week. Breakfast & lunch are pretty simple but looking for ideas for dinners that are not too labor intensive. So far we have:

-Italian night (bringing a frozen pot of sauce), meatballs, pasta, salad, garlic bread

-Taco night - beef tacos & shredded chicken tacos (crockpot), all the fixins, guacamole & chips, black beans, rice

-BBQ- pulled pork, burgers, dogs, coleslaw, boxed mac & cheese, beans

Any other ideas?

Cooking for big groups-vacation house

We are leaving sat for a group trip. Each family is in charge of one night. So far there is lasagna and pulled pork nights. I think I'm doing seafood and then my sil has to pick a night. That's 4 out of the 7 and we will probably do our own things here and there. Breakfast and lunch is for each family to figure out on their own.

Large filet or filets, roasted red potatoes, green beans.

What about getting local seafood from the area? When we stay on Block Island, we pick up lobsters from the docks.

We each did a meal and/or treated to a night out when we did a big family beach house trip.
