Cooking Lessons for DH birthday- does anyone have any suggestions

I want to get DH cooking lessons for his birthday. He LOVES to cook. I want to get him a lesson or two. I googled and I am only getting the culinary institute and I don't want to enroll him in a career based program. I just want to get him a couple of lessons. Any ideas as to where?

Viking in Garden City offers cooking lessons

Also try continuing education classes in your town

Hi-

The French Culinary Institute/International Culinary Center has short courses for amateurs. In Manhattan, Soho.

A little expensive.

I took a bread course there. Learned a bunch.

FCI

The Institute of Culinary Education is another one with classes for amateurs. Manhattan, 23rd St.

More informal. You can take a class or two there. A little less professional than FCI, but fun.
