Cooking salmon

I have never cooked fish before, but I want to start. I have some recipes for good marinades for salmon, but I don't know what to do with it once it marinated.

Any ideas?

Re: Cooking salmon

You can pan-fry it. Wrap it in foil and bake it (YUM), broil it or even grill it.

You can simply bake it in the oven at 350 on a greased baking dish until it's flaky..

Re: Cooking salmon

I would bake it or broil it. I tried pan frying once and i didn't like the way it came out.

Re: Cooking salmon

I put mine in foil and add a tiny bit of EVOO to the foil pack, some grape tomatoes and some sliced black olives, along with garlic, some salt & pepper.

It is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO yummy.

This is what I do, except I also add some feta and oregano.
