Cooking Wine

Do I refrigerate it after it's opened? The bottle doesn't say...it's sherry - thanks!

If you don't plan on drinking it, you might as well refrigerate it. It will keep longer. Actually, sherry should be served cold anyway.

Thank you - I was using it in a recipe so it didn't need to be cold - but I'll pop the rest in the fridge - thanks!
